By engaging with Kani Alexander’s services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

 

1. Services

 

Kani Alexander offers professional jewellery design, diamond setting, repair, and related services. We aim to provide the highest quality craftsmanship, but slight variations may occur due to the nature of handmade work and materials.

 

2. Custom Orders

•All custom orders require a non-refundable deposit of 50% minimum 

•Final designs will only proceed after written or signed approval, any changes may result in an additional fee after any signatures.

•Estimated completion times may vary depending on the complexity of the design. Any changes requested after the design is approved may incur additional costs and extend the timeline.

 

3. Materials

• Customers providing their own materials (e.g., gemstones, metals) assume full responsibility for their authenticity and condition, Kani Alexander cannot vouch for any materials and will not be held liable. Kani Alexander is not liable for any damage to customer-supplied materials during the crafting or setting process this includes any breakages, damages or issues in the production processes of the items left to be set, mounted or finished in any way. 

• All materials provided by Kani Alexander are certified for quality and authenticity where applicable.

 

4. Payment

• A 50% deposit is required upon order confirmation, with the remaining balance due upon completion and prior to delivery or collection.

• Payments can be made via bank transfer, cash payments.

• Orders will not be released until full payment has been received.

 

5. Cancellations and Refunds

•Custom orders cannot be canceled once production has begun, the deposit is none refundable in any circumstances. 

•Refunds are not available for custom designs, but reasonable adjustments may be made at the discretion of Kani Alexander.

•In-stock items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days in accordance with UK distance selling laws, they must be in their original condition and packaging.

 

6. Liability

 

Kani Alexander will take every precaution to safeguard items left for repair or custom work. However, we cannot be held responsible for:

•Loss or damage due to unforeseen circumstances, such as theft or natural disasters or theft. Customers must provide their own insurance. 

•Damage caused by customer mishandling or improper care.

 

7. Privacy Policy

 

Kani Alexander respects your privacy. Any personal information collected will only be used for business purposes, such as processing your orders or communication. We do not share or sell your information to third parties.

 

8. Photography and Promotion

•Kani Alexander reserves the right to photograph completed pieces for promotional purposes, unless explicitly requested otherwise by the customer in writing.
